Everyone with more than one calendar tries the same two fixes first: mirror everything into one calendar, or check all of them each morning. The first breaks privacy and permissions, the second breaks the moment a meeting moves. There is a third option that survives an ordinary week.
Why does merging the calendars fail?
Copying a work calendar into a personal one puts client names in a place your employer does not control, and puts a personal account in a place IT may block. What does merging the alarms instead look like?

Cutting the rest of the noise
Every account brings a holidays calendar, a birthdays calendar and something subscribed years ago. Leave all of those off.
